Grepiac is a coaching platform. This notice explains, in plain language, what data we hold about you as an athlete, why we hold it, and the controls you have over it. It is written to be readable — not to be a legal shield — and we update the version number whenever the substance changes.
Health and wellness data is only stored and shared with your explicit, per-purpose consent. Each of these is an independent switch on your privacy & consent settings (you'll need to be signed in):
Lets you record daily wellness — sleep, HRV, soreness, illness, mood — so trends can be tracked over time.
Lets you log menstrual phase, cycle day, and symptoms alongside your wellness — always typed by you, never read from a device. Kept private unless you also share it below. Grepiac does not automatically change your training based on it. Withdrawing this consent offers to erase everything you logged.
When you plug your watch into Grepiac Bridge, it can also read the watch's daily health file — steps, resting heart rate, stress and breathing rate — and store it with your training. Only the current day is kept on the watch, so plug in daily for a continuous record. Sleep and HRV do not come over the cable. Switch this off any time.
Lets your current coach see your wellness logs and the trends computed from them.
Lets your current coach see your menstrual-cycle entries, and lets TrainFed's cycle-disruption alert reach your main coach. That is the complete list of uses — nothing else reads this data, and your plan is never adjusted automatically from it; it informs your coach's judgement. Separate from the wellness share above.
Your current coach can see your athlete-owned data, scoped to the active coaching relationship, and only the wellness and menstrual categories you have shared. A precise, field-by-field inventory is in the help article What your coach can see. When a coaching relationship ends, that coach loses access.
Grepiac is operated by Yousuli LLC, a California limited liability company. Your data is stored on servers in the United States (US-West), and backups are held in the same region. If you are based outside the United States, using the Grepiac means your data is stored there.
If you switch on “Read daily health data from my device”, Grepiac Bridge reads your watch’s daily health file over the USB cable when you plug in, and stores, for each day: step count, resting heart rate, average stress level and average breathing rate. This is health data, and it is entirely optional — activities sync perfectly well with this switched off.
Two things are worth knowing about how little the watch actually hands over. Only the current day is kept on the device, so a continuous record needs you to plug in daily — a day you don’t connect is simply a day with no entry, and we never estimate or fill it in. And sleep and HRV do not come over the cable at all; if you want those recorded, enter them yourself in the wellness form.
We keep the original file from your watch so a day can be re-read if our understanding of the format improves. We decode only the fields Garmin publicly documents; the rest of the file’s contents are stored without being interpreted. Values read from your device are kept separately from anything you type yourself, and what you enter always takes precedence.
Your coach sees these values only if you have also switched on wellness sharing with your coach. Switching the device read off stops new days being stored, and you can ask for stored days and the original files to be deleted at any time.
You can connect companion apps to your Grepiac account. Every connection goes through an authorization screen that lists, item by item, exactly what that app may access — nothing is shared beyond what you approve, and you can revoke a connection at any time from Connected apps in your account (revoking stops all further access immediately).
Companion apps receive derived training metrics only — summaries, energy and load figures, planned sessions — never your original device files, and never health categories you haven't separately authorized. The companion app currently available, TrainFed (fueling), is operated by the same team as Grepiac under this same notice.
You can download everything we hold about you at any time from Export my data, including your wellness logs, intake answers and consent history. For account deletion, see Deleting your account.
